Goal
To showcase the studio’s culture, its personality, and flagship project OneState — while keeping a perfect balance between creativity, usability, and speed.
Design
The visual concept is built around particle animation that forms various shapes — from the logo to the silhouette of a developer.
All animation lives quietly in the background, creating atmosphere without visual noise.
Technology
We used WebGPU and Three.js Shading Language (TSL) in production for the first time. All 3D rendering runs in a Web Worker, making the website fast and responsive even with complex graphics.
Animation
Particles morph between 3D models, reacting to scroll and cursor movement. All motion is calculated in compute shaders, with a WebGL2 Transform Feedback fallback for broader support.
Performance
Up to 80,000 particles per scene with no frame drops. Optimized code and adaptive rendering ensure smooth performance across all devices.
Result
A modern careers website that feels light, fast, and alive.
