Consent for the Processing of Personal Data
A natural person (hereinafter referred to as the Data Subject), by submitting feedback forms such as “Discuss the project,” “Join the team,” “Ask a question,” “Order a consultation,” etc. on the website chipsa.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site), acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and also confirming their legal capacity and majority, gives their consent to the personal data operator for the processing of their personal data (hereinafter referred to as Consent) under the following conditions:
1. The operator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) is LLC “CHIPSA” (TIN: 2466279665, KPP: 246601001, address: Russia, 660043, Krasnoyarsk, Chernyshevsky St. 116, Apt. 194)
2. Consent is given for the processing of personal data: surname, first name, patronymic; name of the organization, position; type of activity for applicants (portfolio; resume); contact details (phone, e-mail, messenger); place of residence (time zone); “Cookie” files of website visitors; data from metric systems (information about the operating system, browser, device location; type of device, screen resolution; source of the website visit; actions on the website; IP address; visitor identifier in the metric system).
3. Personal data is processed by the Operator for the purpose of carrying out its statutory activities, including the conclusion, execution, and termination of civil law contracts; providing paid and free services; informing about services; improving the quality of services provided; communicating with personal data subjects to send notifications, information, and requests related to the Operator’s activities, as well as processing appeals, applications, requests, and other messages from personal data subjects; providing personal data subjects with access to the use of the website and its functionality; improving the performance and quality of the website; promoting goods, works, and services in the market by establishing direct contacts with personal data subjects.
4. The processing of personal data is carried out using automated means or without such means, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (with the consent of the data subject), blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
5. The data subject gives Consent for the delegation of personal data processing to the following processors:
AO “IOT” (TIN 7731399513, address: 121205 Moscow, Skolkovo Innovation Center, Bolshoy b-r, d 42 str 1 et/room/work 0/138/12) for the purpose of ensuring the functioning of the website (using server capacities);
LLC “1C-Bitrix” (TIN: 7717586110; address: Moscow, Enthusiasts Boulevard, 2, floor 13, premises 8-19) for the purpose of inclusion in the customer relationship management system;
JSC “PF ‘SKB Kontur’ (TIN 6663003127, Yekaterinburg, Narodnoy Voli St., 19a) for the purpose of maintaining accounting/tax/personnel records, as well as for the purpose of document exchange via EDI;
LLC ‘YANDEX’ 119021, Russia, Moscow, Lev Tolstoy St., 16 for the purpose of collecting and analyzing information from the metric system about the performance and usage of the website.
6. When filling out forms on the website, data subjects (in particular, job applicants) can indicate their preferred messenger for communication. The operator uses the specified messenger solely for sending informational messages and clarifying questions. The transmission of personal data through messengers is not carried out. The operator does not recommend that data subjects transmit additional information through messengers that are not registered in the Russian Federation.
7. The consent takes effect at the moment the feedback form is submitted and remains in effect until the processing goal specified in paragraph 3 of this Consent is achieved.
8. Consent may be revoked by sending a written application or an electronic document signed in accordance with federal law using an electronic signature to the Operator. In this case, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10, and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data.”
