What exactly should I do:

The main tool is Figma. Principle or After Effects for designing complex animations in the interface. Also to help Ps, Ai from the Adobe package. And if you can still do it in 3D (Blender is preferable) — then it will generally be a big plus to have the skill of working with photos and videos.
And here’s another thing. Since we are already an international company, we plan to strengthen our positions in this direction, knowledge of English is welcome, at least at the level of correspondence with a dictionary, but a confident conversational one is better.
